Our job is to deliver to brokers the services that are not core businesses for broker companies, but take away a lot of time and financial resources. Some services that we have developed are even impossible to create for small and medium sized brokers because of the investment needed to create them.

In addition to support services we serve brokers as a wholesale broker offering to brokers several products of local and international insurers that they cannnot access directly.

All the services that we offer to Brokers are white label solutions, meaning that client does not see or feel that IIZI Services is behind that service. All the client communication (e-mails, letters, phone calls) is done on behalf of the Broker company who is our client.

CASE STUDY. Nordea bank

 

IIZI Services got a task to launch Nordea Bank portfolio monitoring and insurance new sales exactly with same processes and with centralized services for Nordea bank in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Never done before as insurance is always considered to be by Banks as local service that needs local approach and local processes. IIZI Services and Nordea together proved that that myth is really a myth and we launched with few months the project successfully and Nordea (first in the region) really has same insurance processes and client servicing standards in all three countries.
